We strive to ship all of our packages within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. While our items are hand-made, ordered in from other local mompreneurs, or shipped in internationally, we strive to keep our product stocked, if for some reason, however, a product is out of stock we will be in contact with you asap - to either offer a refund, arrange a replacement, or work out a timeline for the product to be assembled for you.

We use Canada Post regular service to ship the product out, as this seems to currently be the most economical and reduces the shipping price for you. Please allow 3-10 business days (CDN) after your order has been shipped, if ordering from the US please allow for 5-15 business days. If you need something sooner or would like a tracking number, please let us know and we will try to accomodate your request (for example perhaps we can bump postage service to Express - however, please note extra shipping fees may result)

If you live in Hamilton, or Hamilton are you are more than welcome to pick-up your order, which will eliminate the shipping charge, when using the online shopping cart please use coupon code "PICKUP" when checking out. We will disclose our address to you than by phone or email. (Location area: Upper Hamilton)

We do strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product please return your un-used product and/ or faulty product within 30 days of the purchase date. Please indicate the reason for return (just so that we can try to improve product for customer satisfaction) and include the invoice number of the purchase. You may also opt for an exchange whereby instead of issueing a refund we will mail out a new product to replace the one returned. Refunds will include the full purchase amount less the shipping fees.

We are always looking to expand our business, which includes allowing wholesale or consignment arrangments in order for other retailers to sell our product line.
